Rather than attempting to be screen accurate, I used the Vulcan calligraphy alphabet to recreate the general layout of each side. 
Side 1: KIR’SHARA: Concept, discipline, process. 
Side 2: Control-LOGIC-Meditation: Light, life, heal, calm  
Side 3: ABANDON: Fear, violence, hate, revenge.
